Sunday Salon Series | Walter W. Naumburg envisioned a contest in which young artists would be singled out as shapers of a musical future of the highest caliber. Already a Rachmaninoff Concerto Competition and Concert Artists Guild International Competition winner and a soloist with the Cleveland Orchestra and the London Symphony Orchestra, this 2010 Naumburg Piano Competition winner also premiered Re!nvented, the first eco-awareness concert at Carnegie Hall. Juilliard training, natural candor, and an immense gift let Soyeon Lee reveal her “stunning command of the keyboard” and lyrical, rich refinement (Washington Post).
